Certified Agile Leadership II (CAL II)—Advanced Education and Validated Practice-Online

The Advanced Education and Validated Practice (AEVP) course is the next step on the journey toward being a Certified Agile Leader. The AEVP requires the CAL I credential to be obtained first and is itself a prerequisite for the Peer Workshop.

Advanced Education:

A series of 8 (2 hours long) on-line learning activities based on your real-life examples led by an Approved CAL Educator

Validated Practice: the student should submit a log on the usage of the #leadershipdancefloor. This log will be validated and uploaded by your CAL Educator. Once a student successfully completes the CAL I training, the CAL II on-line program, and the case-study is validated, the Student will be awarded with the Certified Agile Leader (CAL) certification by the Scrum Alliance. Furthermore the student will be accredited as a Certified Leadership Dancefloor Coach (CLDC).
